Brooks Engineering (BEA) worked closely with the Landscape Architecture Firm LaQuatra Bonci Associates, and the Architecture Firm Samsel Architects to create an acclaimed pavilion as part of the City of Asheville’ Pack Square Master Plan. BEA helped with the grading of the sight to ensure ADA access to all access points of the building. BEA also design the stormwater collection and management system which was difficult due to the compact nature of the site.
