BEA provided surveying and site engineering for a 1 acre convenience store/gas station on Airport Road in Asheville, NC. The project required surveying services for topographical, boundary, platting, construction staking, and as-built survey. Engineering services include site layout, stormwater, erosion control, grading, and water/sewer utilities. Project included design of 80’ sanitary sewer bore under Airport Road. Bore required close coordination with survey and engineering department to coordinate clearance of a high pressure gas main that serves Progress Energies Peaking Station, two regional water mains, and multiple dry utilities.
