BEA provided the initial land planning and engineering for this public / private partnership. The Project provided additional dormitory style housing for displaced youth at the Presbyterian Home For Children. The land plan created a campus style facility that created multiple open spaces while minimizing the impact on the site. BEA provided grading, sediment & erosion control, stormwater management, water and sewer extension design, and permitting for the project. BEA also provided an Illustrative rendering for the project.
