BEA provided a wide range of expertise in the planning phase of this unique multi-use planned village that includes a private school, assisted living facility, community based housing and working community farm in the Swannanoa Valley. BEA has worked closely with the developer to evaluate water supply and wastewater disposal options, look at renewable energy options, and assist with the overall site layout. BEA also provided significant support for the projects re-zoning and entitlement efforts with Buncombe County. We look forward to further engineering design and completion of this project!
