BEA teamed up with Land of Sky Regional Center, an EB5 Regional Center, to provide land planning, site engineering, and all permitting for an assisted living facility that included two 14,000 s.f. buildings, one for traditional assisted living and a second for a memory care unit. This was the first project for BEA in the Greeneville, TN jurisdiction. BEA worked closely the City planning staff to insure all of their specific requirements for planning and infrastructure were met. The approval process included three public hearings and was approved without delay.
